1 /5 Monique Hislop-Reynolds: Ive been a loyal customer at ND Nails for over four years, visiting every two weeks for my infills. The only reason I come here is for the spectacular work of āDeepā she is amazing. Tran the owner is rude, abrupt, greedy and if it wasnāt for her having Deep as an employee, her believe her business wouldnāt be successful.
I have never once complained during my 4 years as a customer. Deep unavailable to infill my nails and Tran (Owner) had to and my Shellac began to peel within 24 hours.
I went back and showed Tran and she admitted that they hadnāt cured properly. However, Tran only offered to repair the visibly peeling nails and insisted that I pay for a full repaint, despite the likelihood that the others would also peel. I feel this is extremely unreasonable given the rest were more than likely going to peel at some stage given they werenāt cured properly.
Tran ended up agreeing to repaint all of them, however I was never allowed to return. After 4 loyal years as a customer, I think this is disgusting.
In my time as a customer, Iāve witnessed Tran being dismissive and rude to others on many occasions and to top it off, she canāt do a set of nails to save her life.
If youāre looking for a talented nail technician, book with Deep. But if you value good customer service, a friendly atmosphere and an owner who appreciates your business.... find somewhere else.
Tran - Thank you for forcing me to find a new salon. Its a decision I should have made 2 years ago when I lost a $200 voucher a week after it was purchased, and you wouldnt replace it. Instead, your advice was "You should take more care of your vouchers"
A message for Deep ā Start your own business and stop getting paid peanuts from Tran when youāre the one keeping her shop afloat. You would be highly successful on your own, paid your worth and ND Beauty would be history!
