1 /5 Isabella Jaya: I’ve recently had the worst experience recently. I have gotten my toes and acrylic full set done on my hands and within 4 days, 4 nails have fallen off out of nowhere….i have called the salon and explained my situation because i have been going there for 6 years and their response was I needed to pay $10 per nail to get them fixed. I was soo disappointed considering I spent nearly $200 there for both me and my mum. Don’t come here

1 /5 jhansi kokku: Even I don’t feel like to give one star I had a very disappointing experience getting my eyebrows done here. I clearly told the lady to keep the length and shape of my eyebrows, but she didn’t follow my instructions at all. She said, “It won’t come into shape the first time, maybe next time,” which made no sense — especially since I only asked to maintain the existing shape. On top of that, she could barely communicate properly in English, which made it hard to explain what I wanted. The end result? My eyebrows were completely uneven — two different shapes. When I looked in the mirror, I felt so upset and disappointed. I didn’t even want to speak to them afterward. This was my first and last visit. Very unprofessional and poor service. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff here payed strong attention to detail and provided great customer expectations results along with super efficiency. I highly recommend this nail salon as they were amazing and delivered high quality results. Happy customer :)
