1 /5 Elana McIntyre: Terrible service, had five different people do my nails so the shape kept changing, took two hours for a simple job and then they painted them a different colour to what I asked for…. But told me it was the colour I asked for and charged me $100. Walked out with paint all down my fingers too. Very unhappy

1 /5 Carley: Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The girl used a very strange looking pumice block and scratched so hard on the tip of my toes that it was bleeding! And she and the staff couldn’t have cared less! And they’re more expensive than the other salon in Warriewood square! Steer clear!

2 /5 Sab: Ive only been here twice. Both times, I ended up with a different design than what I wanted. The first time, i asked for a plain maroon coffin nails. While she was prepping my nails, I asked the lady to add french tips too. For some reason she painted my nails pale pink and then did normal french tips. I really thought it was just a base coat, didnt realise that was the final colour. I didn’t bother asking her to change it cause I’m just not a confrontational person and i felt bad asking her to fix it cause, plus i was busy that day. Paid 85$ for plain french tip acrylic. Mind you, my mum also got her nails done with me and they also messed it up. Mum showed them her inspo pic, and they proceed to doing the acrylics. Turns out they cant do like her inspo at all and was planning on making her settle on what they put on her. My mum ended up just asking for french tips as well cause she absolutely hated it, paid 95$ for it. Second time I went (IDK why i went back), I again asked for plain maroon almond with a french tips and heart design on each ring finger. The lady proceeds to give me red french tips on each nail and a heart on the ring finger. My boyfriend paid $95 for it. I hope they would learn better english cause i think thats where it all went wrong. I’m not trying to be hateful as my mum isn’t the best at english either but its shocking how every single time, even when I showed inspo pics, i got the wrong design.
