1 /5 Azin A.: I had a very disappointing experience at this salon this afternoon. I came in for a builder gel removal and a normal gel color application, but the service was rushed and careless.
When the technician started buffing my nails, I noticed that some of my nails were uneven at the edges and the corners weren’t shaped properly. I had to take the paper buffer myself to even them out—something they should have done in the first place! Instead of addressing the issue, the staff started talking in their language and giggling, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
The gel polish application was also poorly done. The polish didn’t even cover my entire nails—there are visible gaps on the sides (as shown in my photos). On top of that, there were lumps of polish on the tips of some of my nails. When I pointed this out to the gentleman at the front, his response was, “It’s your nails!” That excuse doesn’t make sense when most of my nails turned out fine, but 3-4 of them had obvious lumps.
Even after asking multiple times for my nails to be properly finished, the edges were still rough. I had to request both the technician and the gentleman at the front to fix them, yet they remained sharp. In the end, I had to buff them myself at home.
I expected a much better experience from this place. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service means I won’t be returning.
