1 /5 Gurleen Kochar: I had done gel nails of my feet from them on 22nd or 23rd of oct after that I went for 4 weeks vacations, on the next day after my flight I removed my socks then I saw the nail paint was all destroyed, but as I was on international vacation I could not come to get it fixed but when I returned I went to their studio to complaint but there the staff said sorry we cant do anything, I requested them at-least aa good will u should give discount or on next one or something and tried to explain my situation that I was out of country but she krot on telling u could have come at that time I am also adding the photo as proof But I would say very bad staff and experience , avoid going there, there many much better nail studios of cheaper and better quality

5 /5 Meg Foote: Really impressed with my shellac nails, it’s been over four weeks with no chipping. Service was good and efficient, was able to walk in. The pictures are of the day they were done and 4 1/2 weeks later.

5 /5 Lousie Le: Great experience! The staff were very kind. They did an amazing job at making me feel cared for and well looked after when doing my nails. I was very impressed by their service. They didn’t rush even though it was past their closing time and made sure I was happy with how my nails turned out before paying which was very reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend this place

1 /5 Julie Spence: I will never go to Venus Nails again. I have been going to this salon for 4 years and never had a problem. On Thursday I got chrome nails for a special occasion. They charged me $71 which I understand as I have had them many times before. By Friday the chrome was coming off. I called and told them straight away but couldn’t get back to show them till today. I told them I want my money back but they argued causing me stress. They would only give me back $20. The time before a lady was complaining this is the third time in a few days she had to go back to fix her nails and they were trying to charge her again. Please keep this in mind. I am still very upset and will never go back.
