Melanie really took her time to discuss exactly what I wanted, and importantly, what I didn’t want (especially going from blonde to copper/brunette). She provided me with recommendations and advice for after care at home to keep my hair looking and feeling as gorgeous as it did at the end of the appointment! My appointment was post night shifts and Melanie really gave me the extra TLC with delicious coffee, biscuits and a snooze in the chair with my delightful head massage! Honestly had such a lovely time at Sage with Melanie, and would definitely recommend! X

The studio itself is stunning and the staff are all so friendly. I had a wonderful experience there. I will definitely be back!

My hair was scorched and I mean scorched by another local salon and over time the ladies at Sage slowly, patiently and lovingly bought my hair back to life. And when I want to lift my colour, they educate me on the risks and benefits and time frames so I can make educated decisions and set realistic expectations. I highly recommend this salon.

She really took her time, spent nearly an hour just chatting with me about my hair, what it needed, how to look after it at home, and what I was hoping to achieve. She was super honest and helpful, and I never felt rushed — even though it was after her shift. I loved that there was a free consultation before the actual appointment. She explained everything so clearly and gave me great home care advice, which I found really valuable. She also came up with a plan that made sense for the condition of my hair and what I wanted long-term. Even after the appointment, she followed up and offered a free trim, toner and treatment — just to make sure I was happy and feeling good about it all. That kind of care and attention is honestly rare these days. Would definitely recommend Sage — so client-focused, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.
