What Clients Are Saying Salt Pan Creek Reserve (GG)
5 /5 ALICETANG -: Is a good places to have a walk after meals. It is well maintained and have clear pathway, located besides the apartments and units buidings. The atmosphere insides is calm and have many seating areas for picnics or sitting there to relax yourself. We even walked in to visit the community garden sites and saw a chicken.
4 /5 Yang Z: Nice place to go for a walk. It would be better if the road can be fixed.
5 /5 sujeet jena: Very nice walking track, creek, shrubs, wild life and native plants. The apartment complex near by has a lovely community garden and water feature. The total circle is 14km, good for walking or jogging.
5 /5 Sammi Luu: This reserve was very scenic and easy to navigate, with sections of wetland that you would explore through a wooden bridge. Theres a lot of cicadas among the tall grass.nthe path would lead to a grass plain, which makes for a good hangout spot. Only complaint would be under the train bridge, which is littered and covered in graffiti
Tracey Slater Second of the major Georges River National Park walks. More challenging and longer than Yeramba Lagoon Loop in the same park. There is a Steep rocky climb up to the ridge from where you can glimpse George’s River through the trees. Fairly close to roads, so you can hear them on your walk.
Quite pretty but the landscape is the same through the whole walk. Equally sharp descent, so make sure you bring good knees.
Found a tiny beach to eat a well deserved lunch at the end.
Dr Rahau Shirazi Parking $12 - toilet cafe and seats plus a place to open a tent on the other side of the bridge, friendly information staff helpful with my questions.
