5 /5 Maz Araati: I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience here! I walked in to enquire because let’s be real - no one likes changing hairdressers! But I’ve moved to a different area and it had to be done. Kayla is just beautiful. Super welcoming and super knowledgeable. My first visit was for a trim and I’ve since been back for an entirely different style and with a quick glance at the photo I showed her (you know the unrealistic hair model ones that you know you’ll never be bothered up-keeping?) Kayla nailed it and in such a way that it’s minimal effort to get it to that hair model look. The salon is very clean and aesthetically pleasing and has a warm vibe to it! I highly recommend S & K Beauty Lounge and I’m looking forward to my next visit!

1 /5 Johanna Gierke: I was happy when I started going, but noticed the price changed all the time even when I didn’t get the same done, I think she would add stuff without asking to cost more. I didn’t like it. Towards the end, her mum didn’t wash my hair properly and her daughter didn’t seem to care so I decided it was best to move on. And when I did, the new hairdresser charged me the right price when I got the full job and when I didn’t. It was then I realised I got ripped off. I understand you are trying to make money for your small business but please be honest with your clients, ask them if they want to pay for add on or tell them upfront what they are paying, that’s customer service. And seeing the comments, people are not happy. Please take this feedback to improve your way of doing business.

5 /5 Dr Sakib Jalil: Meet Kayla - The Hair Style Wizard Kaylas a true artist who can do amazing things with hair. When I went to her, my hair had some uneven colors and a bad bleach job from when I tried it myself at home. But Kayla was incredibly understanding and didnt judge me for my mistakes. She gave me lots of great advice about what we could do to fix my hair, but she also let me decide what I wanted to do. She wanted me to feel like I had control over my own hair. Kayla worked really hard and did a bunch of things like bleaching, toning, cutting, and styling. She even made sure the water temperature was just right to be gentle on my hair. When she was done, I couldnt believe my eyes! My hair looked so beautiful and all the colors blended perfectly giving it natural gold, ash and added texture to my hair. I am male and got very thin hairline. I was amazed by her talent! Kayla isnt just a regular hairstylist; shes like a magical hair wizard. She knows how to bring out the beauty in every persons hair, and she made me feel so confident and happy. If you want a hairstylist who understands you, gives you great advice, and lets you have a say in how your hair looks, then Kayla is the one for you. Shes truly one of a kind and can make your hair dreams come true!

5 /5 Kirby Brown: Kayla and her mum are so welcoming and genuine, it makes for such a lovely salon experience. After moving to Sydney 4 years ago and trying several new hairdressers and being extremely unhappy i finally found Kayla 3 years ago and have never looked back, she does the BEST blonde and I always leave feeling fabulous. Kayla is a lovely person and a fantastic hairdresser. There is full transparency regarding outcome and cost, and you know she just wants what is best for you and your hair.
