1 /5 Daniella Jameson: Went in for a trim, I explicitly told the male hairdresser 1-2 inches MAX, just the dead ends. Hair was down to almost butt length and I left with it at my armpits. He knew he cut it too short and was trying damage control saying its healthier and he did what the hair needed, he obviously cant follow instructions, you do not have creative control over MY hair that IM paying for. He did a shoddy blow dry job as well - frizzy and awkward waves.

5 /5 Nisz Chan: Ive always been on a hunt for a great hair stylist and Im so glad I found Bahareh with Snow Bear Hairdressing Salon. I had my hair colour done with her and she is very professional and kind. I enjoyed my experience with her and will definitely book again.

1 /5 Kirsty Garlick: I took my 3yo daughter with curly hair. I gave strict instructions that she only wanted a bit trimmed off, to keep as much length as possible, that I still want to pull it back into a ponytail and that the back should be kept longer as it currently is. I explained my daughter is very proud of her hair. I was quoted 45$ for a cut alone which is a premium price for a kids cuts. Her hair that once previously went down to mid shoulder blades was cut so short that it barely extends past her ears, I am no longer able to pull it back into a pony tail (could previously braid it with ease) and my daughters favourite asset that she has been commenting on her about herself for the last year is gone. The shape is also very poor. It will take her years to grow it back to what it once was. Our experience was terrible and extremely upsetting. At first the hairdresser attempted to cut her hair without brushing it. This is shocking as I cannot comprehend how someone can cut any hair, let alone very curly hair, if you don’t brush it. After making two cuts right next to her face I picked up the hair from the floor and pulled out the curl and realised 10cm had been cut off. I showed this to the hairdressers and offered to brush the hair myself. She then brushed it whilst commenting that she doesn’t really have time to do this!!! Then despite me repeatedly saying that she must keep the length the hair hairdresser continued to hack it off. My biggest regret is taking her at all and certainly not pulling the pin as soon as there was even an attempt to cut without properly seeing what my daughters hair was like.

1 /5 Charlotte Hawkins: The worst haircut and service I have ever witnessed. I asked for long face framing layers she have me an uneven bangs, that aren’t at all blended into the rest of my hair.. While there another client was treated incredibly poorly, having booked an appointment the hairdresser was on the lunch break and refused to return. They also said they were unable to give her what she booked in for which was a braid. Something I’d assume all hairdressers would be able to do. Poor service and poor quality, will not be returning and do not recommend.

5 /5 Kris Egan: I wish Id asked for the name of the lady who cut my hair recently, because she is the literally first hairdresser who has actually listened to my request to "leave most of the length on top" and didnt just decide to go ham and trim it all back. Wonderful haircut, great service, and staff who listen. An easy five stars.
