1 /5 Laura: So tired of getting rude disrespectful staff & owners at those fast paced chain stores around Sydney. I called to make sure it was ok at 2.03pm if they could just paint my nails NO shellac I asked how much? $15 great!!! And if they had the OPI colour I was after. Young girl says just come up and have a look and choose colour when you get here. I did I won’t be there for at least another half hour or 40 mins she was that’s ok no problem. I walk up get there at 2.45pm, the owner sees me says hello I say Hi I just want my nails painted, she abruptly says NO NO we can’t too busy too busy. I’m in absolute shock, I’m like excuse me I called over half an hour ago and someone said it’s ok. She knew I wasn’t having it. She says sit down you have to wait wait, so rudely. I said ok no problem. Within 5 mins 3 ladies leave. It’s not busy at all. 4 staff and 3 clients now not including me. She continues to ignore me. Finally after awhile the young girl calls me to sit down she does my nails. She was lovely, sweet however the speaking in their language like we are some fools. I’ve had it. Yes I stayed cause I was livid and walked instead of driving and needed them done asap. I think you guys need to do better, without us you wouldn’t be in business, my point to the owner does it matter if it’s a $20 dollar service or $100 service. I’m over the rush rush get in get out as quickly as possible attitude, charge over extra charge to be treated like cattle Besides the fact I called before I came in today!!! Absolutely mind blowing.
