Jena was friendly and made a genuine effort to make myself and my daughter comfortable. She was kind, professional, fun and easy to get along with. My daughter was so calm and relaxed the whole time! Jena made what could have been a stressful experience into an effortless and enjoyable one! Her hair looks great and it was overall a fabulous experience.
