1 /5 Victoria Tregubova: I went to Toni & Guy Mosman for a color correction to remove a dark band and achieve an even lighter blend. Despite being assured there wouldn’t be visible patches, I left with an obvious, unblended mess. Even my colleagues pointed it out.
When I raised my concerns, they insisted the process was done correctly and only offered a semi-permanent color as a quick fix instead of actually correcting their mistake. They also told me that going lighter at that stage wouldn’t be possible, even after my last consultation. Frustrated, I went to other salon, and they lightened my hair beautifully in the same session for a much lower price—proving that it was possible all along. Toni & Guy initially refused to refund me, but after pushing for a resolution, they finally returned my $628. Overall, an unprofessional experience. I wouldn’t recommend them for color correction.
