5 /5 Gaith Bader: Getting here was the tricky bit; you could miss the small entrance as the whole picnic area is hidden and nicely tucked away. You will completely forget youre anywhere near Sydney. Well made, good parking, public toilets, a river, green, big trees, open areas for the kids to play, covered areas with seating. Well maintained and clean. Its a pleasure and the weather was perfect on the day. One thing I would like to see improved are the toilets. They are not easily accessible; in fact, its impossible for wheelchairs but tricky and hard for the elderly. We were there on the weekend for Fathers Day with plenty of fathers and grandfathers around, so some handrails and good, well shaped steps would have been very helpful. Its still worth the visit.

5 /5 Gabriella Green: Great place for a picnic and some lawn games. Beautiful scenery all around and along the river. You can hear the birds and the breeze, which is very serene. Plenty of spots to occupy, even when it gets busy. Toilets were clean and had loo paper, but youll need your own soap. Lots of picnic tables under a shelter, as well as a couple other picnic tables nearer the water. Id recommend bringing your own as its lovely sitting under the trees and itll probably be more comfortable.
