Valentine’s Day set menu the food is good, decent portion size. Came with the flaming of the wagyu beef performance. Loved the food, the meat is delicious, med rare perfectly cooked. The bone marrow so extraaa but love, caviar on top. Carrots and the broccolini grilled is good too. Food was good but 3 stars in general for the overall experience
We booked the waterfront view second row, and it was kind of a let down, barely saw anything, got placed on table 116, on the front desk side. Would have to be placed on the other side, through the main restaurant, have a nice view of the buildings on the other side.
When we checked in front desk, strictly told that we only had 90minutes seating. However the main food did not come until 60 minutes later. Took 60 minutes to have 2 entrees. So we were bit worried that we might get kicked out… it was disappointing because since it’s so dark, we had to use the lamp or the phone light to see the food. Saw a few staff using their phone to cook the meat since it’s so dark kinda ruin the eating/performance cooking experience.
After that, we had to ask for our dessert because at that point 2 hours has passed, and just wanted to leave. Staff came to ask if we had our dessert and the answer is no so the service was a let down. Very neglected, as our plates were just sitting for 30 minutes to be collected and another 30 minutes for any staff to approach and enquire if we had dessert yet.
Since our table was in the corner it was hard to get attention of waiters. A few of other patrons around us, seems to be in the same boat, complaining that it’s been quite a long time since last dish. Understandably so.
Total time spent at the restaurant from 8:00pm to 10:37pm.
2.5 hours as opposed to the strict 90minutes we were told at the front.
