5 /5 JJ F: It was my boyfriend’s birthday dinner. We just came back from our long weekend road trip and we were so starved. The beef is high quality, well trimmed and presented. The table top gas cooker is designed specifically for bbq, it’s no smoke and very clean. When the cute birthday tagged coffee jelly presented on the table I sang the birthday song to my boyfriend. It’s an happy night for both of us☺️

2 /5 Richard Lowe: Located centrally in North Sydney, Rengaya has a great vibe and a huge wine selection. We ordered a wide range of dishes including udon, crab rice, sashimi, and the meat platter for four. While the food was fresh and of good quality except the squid bowl was too fishy, the taste wasnt necessarily outstanding. ​Unfortunately, the service was the most disappointing part. It was slow and haphazard. We requested dishes to be brought out as soon as they were ready, but the timing was all over the place. Despite multiple reminders, the raw meat platter (which we cook ourselves) came out last. We actually had to order extra food in between just to bridge the gap. ​The meal dragged on for over 3 hours, which is far too long for an a la carte dinner—especially since the restaurant wasnt even that busy. Basics like water and tea top-ups were also missed. Given the premium pricing and fine casual aim, the staff training needs significant improvement. I’d probably give this one a miss.

5 /5 yao yao: The experience was amazing! It was my first time trying their ramen and I was surprised by how good it was. The meat was top quality 9+ beef, a bit pricey but absolutely worth it! The greed meat was good as always, a must order every time. The Kaisen Chirashi Don was fresh and highly recommended for sashimi lover. Will definitely come back!
