1 /5 Yasmin Veloso: 1 star because I can’t give 0. Terrible quality. I got my nails done a couple of times last year with shellac and it didn’t last even a day. I decided not to go back. I had an event to attend last Saturday, so I ended up going there in the morning as I was running late and asked for shellac. I can’t say I was surprised when the nail polish was peeling off my nails the next day. It cost me $40. I had to go to another salon 3 days later. I spent $80 in less than 4 days. Do not recommend!

5 /5 Megan Jones Coles: Came here because my Nanna comes here and absolutely loves it (she is very picky), the ladies were all so so lovely and amazingly helpful and skilled. I have honestly never been happier with my nails nearly three weeks later after SNS on mlnatural brittle weak nails and they are still in perfect condition with no lifting or snags and I use my nails for everything! They made me feel so pampered and wonderful.

1 /5 Maria P: 9/12/2019 Went to Austral Nails and Beauty to have SNS done which I have had done previously done at another salon in Castle Hill. Helen said I had nice natural nails. Nails done and spent $50 cash and left. Went overseas and my nails started chipping and ripping off. I went back the week later and the girl said we will redo. So I went back the next day and manager said "my nails are weak and she will not redo them as its been 10 days". I went to Poshy nails and they charged $60 to fix my nails. I paid $110 in 10 days due to the incompetence of this salon. I requested a refund and manager said no way, my fault nails are weak. My nails have always been strong except after going to Austral Nails. AVOID. I will be going to office of fair trading now. January 2020, Office of fair trading called them several times but manager was never there. They sent letter and manager claimed, she offered to redo my nails but I did not have time which is a lie. Manager offered me $25 refund which I accepted. UNWELCOME SERVICE ESTABLISH IN A SMALL FAMILY DURAL COMMUNITY.

1 /5 Kayla Williams: Would love to give a zero star also. before they started told me it would be $80 and then tried to charge me $120 for the exact thing that I asked for. Nails were left chipped polish was uneven! Would not recommend!!!
