3 /5 Luisa Fernanda Loaiza: The staff is very friendly, and although I waited about 40 minutes to be attended to despite having a prior appointment, I didn’t mind too much because the place has air conditioning and comfortable chairs to wait in.
Unfortunately, the quality of the service is not very good. I’m sharing photos where you can see that the polish on my toenails was poorly done — I still have polish on my toes, the nails were poorly filed, and the previous polish wasn’t fully removed. When the technician began painting my toenails, there were still visible traces of the old polish.
I suppose this is due to the workers rushing to finish quickly and serve more people. My manicure was done in just 15 minutes; the technician had to work standing up, and all she did was quickly use the cuticle cutter, file with the drill, apply the gel, and set it under the lamp on my lap. This was all by instruction from the owner. It wasn’t a comfortable experience for me, nor for the technician attending me.
The staff is very kind but the service needs to get improved!
