5 /5 Cooper: We came here because our local friends highly recommended these meat pies, and I am so glad we listened. We decided to order the signature grilled pork meat pie, and the taste was unexpectedly good. The flavor isnt your traditional savory or soy-sauce heavy style. Instead, it has a wonderful sweet and salty balance that actually reminded me a lot of Shanghai-style pan-fried buns. When you pair that juicy filling with the generous topping of fresh green onions and the perfectly crispy crust, it is just amazing.

4 /5 Aaron Chin: Went to this dumpling shop in Eastwood, and I know they recently opened another branch in Burwood. The place is very well maintained, clean, and spacious, with friendly staff. The first thing I noticed was the group of mums hand-making dumplings behind the kitchen window and that moment, you just know the food is going to be good! I ordered a few of their signature dishes to try. My favourite was definitely the grilled pork meat pie , thin, crispy skin with juicy filling, and not oily at all. The prawn & chicken siu mai was also surprisingly delicious. It’s not the usual siu mai you get from a yum cha place, but it tastes very good. I also had the chive & pork pan-fried dumplings, very flavourful, juicy, and nicely crispy on the bottom. All the dishes we tried were great except the spicy casserole potato noodle. That one was disappointing , not much ingredients, mainly just noodles and soup. For $18, I expected more than two slices of meat and a couple of frozen balls. Overall, I would still recommend visiting, especially for their dumplings and meat pie, but I would skip the casserole noodle.

4 /5 kk teoh: Recommended this place for the grilled pork meat buns. Decided to try their casserlore noodles too. Both did not disappoint. The buns were very aromatic and crispy on the outside with plenty of hot yummy fillling steaming as you bite into them. The noodles had plenty of ingredients, especially fresh vegetables to balance. The stock has plenty of umami but not overwhelmingly spicy. The place is well decorated and spacious. Nice accompanying music. The person at the cashier was a little lost when recommending or describing dishes, but probably new. Happy to drop by again for another meal soon.

4 /5 Rosie: Lovely staff, good service, good seating area spacious and cosy, food is very homely vibes too, a good feed especially on a random rainy thunderous Sydney spring night! The casserole potato noodle was tasty with silky thick noodles, tasty broth and the meat pies are nicely toasted, a good size - though I was expecting more flavour and crunch. Having grown up eating mums authentic Chinese cooking my expectations are hard to meet, but this is my Sydney besties fave Chinese place in Sydney so very blessed to have tried it!
