5 /5 The Mog Champ: The Mog Champ sends his regards. Have been to their Hurstville branch multiple times before but today their Eastwood one for the first time. The experience and quality is similar. You cant go wrong with Cantonese yum cha at Taste of Shunde. We ordered the usual dumplings and dishes that most people get like the siu mai, prawn dunplings and steamed rice noodles. The restaurant is however smaller than the Hurstville one. Quick service, great Cantonese food. Thanks for the lunch, Taste of Shunde Mogliest Regards, Your Mog Champ

5 /5 Jess: I’ve always been a loyal fan of "taste of Shunde" , especially their dinner service. The seafood selection is amazing — you can really enjoy an all-you-can-eat experience with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and satisfying. Highly recommend this place for family gatherings!

2 /5 Jace Yan: Shunde has a strong reputation among locals—many residents and neighbours call it the best yum cha spot in town. Curious, I visited for lunch a few times and even invited friends along to hear their impressions. While the presentation of the dim sum is undeniably artistic, especially the prawn dumplings which are larger and more visually appealing than at other Eastwood restaurants, my friends felt the food itself wasn’t particularly outstanding. They also noted that the prices lean toward the expensive side compared to other yum cha venues nearby. For me, the artistry in plating is a nice touch, but ultimately diners care most about flavour and value. Shunde delivers on presentation, but when it comes to yum cha, taste and affordability matter more than decoration.

1 /5 PARK Gon: This was one of the worst Chinese restaurants I have ever visited. The spacing between tables was unacceptably cramped - the environment was excessively noisy and the floor was noticeably sticky throughout. Most concerning - several patrons were smoking inside the toilet which is entirely inappropriate and unacceptable. The food was very poorly prepared particularly the goose dish which was inedible. Out of a group of five diners, more than 80% of the food was left untouched after the first taste. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment and do not recommend it to anyone.

4 /5 Jason ju: Not a bad yum Cha place in eastwood , my view it is better than the other options in Eastwood . However it is not cheap , it is in line with the fancy places in the heart of Sydney. Overall service is good for a weekday, good tastes ok, the fillings in the football is pretty light as shown in the photo, taste ok. Didn’t have to wait for a table on a weekday lunch.
